JOANNA DUSZYŃSKA - SOKOŁOWSKA

In the years 1992 – 1995 I obtained pedagogical education at the University in Opole (Art Education). From 1994 to 1999 I studied in the Faculty of Glass and Ceramics of the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts.

I realised the diploma within the scope of unique and useful glass in the workroom of professor Ludwik Kiczura and professor Kazimierz Pawlak. From June 1999 I cooperated with “Barbara” artistic glass Works in Polanica Zdrój.

I am the author of more than 100 patterns of packaging glass implemented in the Polish market, several patterns of useful glass implemented in the foreign market and individual artistic works.

Realised projects were presented in Sweden, Belgium, Germany (fairs in Frankfurt Ambiente Tendence ’98, ’99, ’00) and in France (Paris salon Maison et Objet ’98, ’99, ’00).
